After the series wrapped last night, word came out that Memphitz has filed a federal lawsuit against Viacom International, Inc., NFGTV Inc., and Monami Entertainment, LLC. Memphitz is feeling some kind of way about being labeled as an abuser after his ex-girlfriend K. Michelle accused a random record exec of abusing her and running off with $2 million dollars. Here is Memphitz’ official statement:
More after the jump
“My family and I have suffered tremendously while VH-1, Monami Ent., and other companies provided a worldwide platform for K. Michelle to repeatedly assassinate my character. The filing of this suit is to compensate for the irreparable damage that has been done to my reputation and to deter these companies from doing such future harm to others.” – Mickey “Memphitz” Wright.
Memphitz, please have several seats. Your name was never mentioned on Love & Hip Hop. Yes, everyone put two and two together when you and your wife Toya Wright started popping off on Twitter about the situation. You just told on yourself!
What Memphitz fails to realize is that Viacom is a huge corporation. I’m pretty sure they crossed their t’s and dotted their i’s before they even allowed K. Michelle to speak about the man that allegedly hit her.
I hope Viacom drains Lil Wayne’s child support checks Toya’s bank account with this foolish lawsuit. smh. Case dismissed!
Case dismissed is the truth! He's wasting his time with this one.
What some people fail to realize is that K Michele didn't need to say his name on the show in order for him to sue the program. All of the hints she dropped pointed directly at Memphits so that alone is enough for him to pursue legal action. K Michelle is trying to ruin this mans rep and it was smart for him to finally stand up and saw naw, you can't do this to me and my family.
